How the hand is scored
- The shoe. A full 52-card deck is shuffled with a Fisher–Yates pass. Ranks run 2 through 10, then Jack, Queen, King, Ace — Ace is always the high card. Suits are decoration; only rank decides the call.
- The call. One card sits face up. You say whether the next card off the shoe lands higher or lower. Get it right and the streak advances.
- Ties lose. If the next card matches the rank on the table exactly, the call is wrong and the round ends. There is no push, and no stake is returned — say higher on a King only if you mean it.
- The multiplier. The first correct call pays 1.35× your stake. Every call after that multiplies the running figure by 1.35 again, so five straight calls stand at 4.48× and eight at 11.03×. The figure is shown live above the felt.
- Cashing out. Press Cash out at any point after a correct call and the multiplied amount is credited to your balance. Keep calling and one wrong answer takes the whole round with it.
- The shoe runs dry. If fewer than two cards remain, the deck is reshuffled between rounds. Balance, stake and streak are held in your browser only and reset the moment you reload the page.
A note on the coins
Your balance starts at 1,000 coins and lives entirely in this browser tab. Nothing is stored on a server, nothing is attached to an account, and reloading the page returns everything to its opening position. If you run the balance down, the reset control under the table hands you a fresh 1,000 at no cost — because there is no cost.
Coins cannot be purchased, topped up, won, withdrawn, traded, or converted into money, goods, or anything else of value. They are a scorekeeping device, nothing more.
Odds, honestly
With a fresh shuffle the correct call on a middling card sits a little above even, and the multiplier is set below the fair return — which is exactly how a casino-style game is meant to be shaped. Long streaks are rare on purpose. Treat a big number as a story, not a plan.
