MatchpointKings ("we", "us") operates this site. This notice explains what information the site handles and why. It applies to matchpointkings.com and every page under it.

The only way to send us personal information is to email us. If you do, we receive your email address, whatever you write, and any attachments you include. We use that solely to answer you, and we keep the correspondence no longer than necessary to resolve the matter and to recognise a repeat report.

3. Information the game handles

The Final Call runs entirely in your browser. Your coin balance, stake, streak, and the state of the shuffled deck exist in the memory of the page while it is open and are discarded when you close or reload it. None of it is transmitted to us, stored on a server, or attached to any identifier. We do not create accounts and cannot link play to a person.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary storage used by the site is limited to making the page function during your visit. If we ever introduce optional analytics, we will ask for consent before anything is set and update this notice first.

5. Third parties

Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which will receive the standard technical request information that any resource request involves, including your IP address and browser details. Our hosting provider processes server logs containing IP addresses and request details for security and reliability purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone for marketing.
